What we need:
- Natural ginger (1 inch)
- Lemons (5 units)
- Garlic (4-5 cloves)
- Mineral water (2 liters)
Preparation and use:
Cut the lemons in half without the peel and extract all the juice. Don’t throw them away! Then, peel the garlic cloves and put them in a blender along with the lemon juice. After that, peel and grate the ginger, adding it to the blender. Liquefy these ingredients without water until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Then, put the water in a pot and leave it to boil along with the lemons that you didn’t throw away. When the water reaches the boiling point, add the mixture and let it boil for several minutes. Finally, take out the lemons and let everything cool down. Store it in a container with a lid.
Take one cup of this boiled lemon mixture every morning on an empty stomach. Lemon juice is similar to the gastric juices of the stomach and it stimulates the production of bile. As a result, the gastrointestinal tract is stimulated, too.
